The Winchcombe Cross

The races criss-cross their way into and out of the delightful town of Winchcombe. The Winchcombe Cross is a single-stage, multi-terrain race that takes place along public rights of way and minor roads. The races start and finish in the town of Winchcombe, and the full 50-mile course comprises 4 out-and-back legs in different directions. The Half Marathon joins two legs together to form a continuous loop of approximately 14.5 miles. The Marathon starts with the out & back to Guiting Power and then follows the loop used by the Half Marathon. The 36.5 mile ultra does 3 of the legs, and the 50-mile ultra does all 4 out-and-back legs.
