Described by many as their favourite section of the South West Coast path, welcome to MudCrew’s South West Traverse – The SWT will see runners taking in breath-taking scenery between The Lizard and Land’s End with this section of the coast having everything from narrow paths to beaches, steps, wide, open runnable sections and craggy, scrambling rocks.
The SWT can be entered as a 45mile solo; as a 45mile relay team of 3.

This is a self-navigation event although you will be supported in true MudCrew style along the route with fully stocked checkpoints and the the assistance of our experienced staff.
Competitors will need to carry mandatory kit for the duration of the event. Although supported by us you are welcome to have your own crew. All finishers will receive a quality medal.
Bus transport from Land's End back to the SWT start at The Lizard is an optional extra. SWT branded clothing is also available to add as an extra to your order.
